About us

Numismatica Europea is a site about the collecting of continental coins, with pages on each individual value. Every page has images, detailed descriptions of the various issues and mintages relating to each date, all necessary info for collectors to know the main features of the currencies of interest.
The project has its central core in the creation of a catalog of Euro coins, but it is constantly expanding with the inclusion of the pre-existing currencies in the various states that have joined the single currency, with the aim of becoming a complete product that illustrates all the contemporary coins minted in the states of the European Union.
